At Thinkbox360, we are committed to providing high-quality online training and ensuring your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to give you peace of mind.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course.
- You provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction.

- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval and will be returned to your original payment method.
Exclusions:
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Bundled courses where one or more courses have been fully accessed or completed.
- Promotional or discounted purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable.
- Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible.
Note: Thinkbox360 reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or are deemed fraudulent.
